Beschreibung

Extra-large Danish-designed cast iron pan with 4-layer PFAS-free moss-green enamel and a light, cream-coloured interior. Its wide surface makes it ideal for searing, large roasts, and casseroles for many. The lid with drip system preserves moisture and flavour during slow cooking. Made from a single piece of cast iron, oven-safe up to 260 °C, and suitable for all heat sources – including induction and grills.

Cast iron, cast in one piece and coated with 4-layer PFAS-free high-gloss TOMATEC enamel (moss green)

Cleaning and care

1. The enamel protects against rust and requires no seasoning.
2. Preheat 2–5 minutes over medium heat – add oil or butter and wait until it glistens.
3. Use wood, silicone, or plastic utensils – avoid metal and sharp edges.
4. Allow the pot to cool before washing – use warm water, mild soap, and a soft sponge.
5. Avoid thermal shock, citrus cleaners, and abrasive sponges.
6. Dry thoroughly and store with a cloth in between to protect the enamel.
