Terms of Delivery
General Information
Viretta.de ships throughout Germany. Goods are delivered to the specified delivery address or a parcel shop, depending on the chosen shipping method. Shipping is handled by DPD.
We guarantee lightning-fast delivery!
We understand the importance of receiving ordered goods as quickly as possible when shopping online.
We pack on all weekdays. DPD collects orders every afternoon, and in most cases, packages are delivered within 1-3 business days.
If you order before 12:00 PM on weekdays (except Mondays due to the weekend), your package often leaves our warehouse on the same day.
In most cases, our delivery time from order to delivery is 24–48 hours on business days.

- DPD Collect (Parcel Shop): EUR 6.95
- DPD Home (Home Delivery): EUR 8.95
- Free shipping to parcel shops for orders over EUR 70

Should the chosen parcel shop have no available space, your package will be forwarded to the nearest parcel shop, and you will be informed accordingly. For any issues, please contact our customer service.
Special delivery conditions apply to certain goods. These will be explicitly stated before the purchase of the respective products.
