Prices
We reserve the right to change prices as needed and without prior notice (this does not apply to orders already placed).
Payment
Viretta.de accepts payments with VISA, Mastercard, Maestro, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Klarna.
The amount will only be debited from your account when the goods are shipped.
All amounts are stated in EUR (Euro) and include VAT.
We do not charge any card fees.
Reservation of Amounts
When paying with a credit card, the amount is reserved at the time of purchase. The money remains reserved on your card or account until:
- we debit the amount when the goods are shipped, or
- the reservation is released according to the terms of your card provider.
We can reserve the amount for up to 30 days.
Delivery
Viretta.de delivers throughout Germany. The goods will be sent to the delivery address you provide or a parcel shop.
Shipping is usually done with DPD.
- DPD Collect (parcel shop): 4.95 EUR
- DPD Home (home delivery): 8.95 EUR
- Free shipping to parcel shops for orders over 70 EUR
Note: If there is no space available in the selected parcel shop, the package will be forwarded to the nearest shop. You will be informed of this.
Delivery time: 1–3 business days within Germany, provided the goods are in stock.
Warranty (Liability for Defects)
The statutory provisions of German sales law (liability for defects) apply.
You have a statutory 24-month warranty right.
In case of justified complaints, you are entitled to subsequent performance (repair or replacement delivery). If this fails, you can demand a refund or a reduction in the purchase price.
In the event of a justified complaint, we will reimburse the reasonable shipping costs for the return.
We recommend using our complaint portal on our website.
Additional Warranty
In addition to the statutory warranty, we offer voluntary extended Viretta warranties:
- Minimum 5-year warranty on our core range.
- Lifetime warranty on selected categories (e.g., cast iron and uncoated stainless steel).
This warranty covers material and manufacturing defects. It does not apply to normal wear and tear, cosmetic changes, or damage due to improper use.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you took possession of the goods.
You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Viretta.de, info@viretta.de) by means of a clear statement of your decision.
Refund
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments we have received from you (including the delivery costs of the cheapest standard delivery) no later than 14 days from the day on which the notification of your withdrawal has reached us.
Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (OS), which you can find here: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
We are not willing or obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
