Right of Withdrawal & Returns

For goods purchased in our webshop, a 30-day full right of return applies.
The period begins on the day,

you receive the order.
you physically receive the last item, if it concerns several different goods purchased in one order but delivered separately or in several shipments.
you physically receive the last batch or last part, if it is a delivery consisting of several batches/parts.
you physically receive the first goods, if it is a regular delivery of goods over a specified period.

You bear the costs of the return shipment yourself.

The right of return may be extended in connection with Christmas and other holidays. In this case, the information provided at the top of the page applies.

The withdrawal must be communicated to us no later than 30 days after receipt of the goods, and the goods must be returned to us no later than 14 days after the withdrawal.
The notification can be made via email to info@viretta.de or by using our returns portal or the standard withdrawal form, which you can find at the bottom of the terms and conditions.

A withdrawal is not possible simply by refusing to accept the goods without simultaneously informing us clearly about it.

Withdrawal of part of the order

If you have purchased multiple items from us, you can return one or more items, even if they were purchased in a single order.
Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded if you only withdraw a part of your purchase.

Goods excluded from the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following types of goods:

Goods manufactured according to customer specifications or clearly personalized.
Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery.
Goods which, due to their nature, are inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery and cannot be separated again.
Delivery of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, under the legally regulated conditions for waiving the right of withdrawal.
Newspapers, periodicals or magazines, excluding subscription contracts.
Goods that spoil quickly or whose expiry date would be passed quickly.

Return Shipment

You must return your order to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after exercising your right of withdrawal. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods yourself.
When returning, you are responsible for ensuring that the goods are securely packed. Please enclose a copy of the order confirmation with the package. Processing will be faster if you use our returns portal.

You bear the risk for the goods from the time of delivery until the time we have received the return.
We do not accept packages sent cash on delivery.

Condition of the goods upon return

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. In other words, you may examine the goods in the same way you would in a physical store.

If the goods have been used beyond this extent, they are considered used. This means that in case of withdrawal, you will only receive a partial or no refund of the purchase price – depending on the commercial value of the goods at the time of receipt of the return.
To receive the full purchase amount, you must therefore only examine the goods without actually putting them into use.

We recommend returning the goods in their original packaging.
If the original packaging is missing, this may lead to a diminished value of the goods.

Refund

If you withdraw your purchase, we will, of course, refund the amount you paid.
In the event of a diminished value for which you are liable, this amount will be deducted from the refund.

Upon exercising the right of withdrawal, all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), will be refunded without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw.

The refund will be made using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods.
