What sets it apart

Five layers. Real copper. Even heat.

Most “premium” pans are 3-ply: a single aluminium core between two layers of steel. Viretta is 5-ply, built around a core of real copper — the fastest, most responsive heat conductor in any kitchen. More layers carry heat further up the sidewall; copper carries it more evenly. Together they bring the whole surface to temperature at once — the even field you see in the image, edge to edge.

2.9MM 5-PLY CONSTRUCTION

Five bonded layers, 2.9mm thick, carry heat across the base and all the way up the sidewalls — not just where the flame hits.

TITANIUM PLASMA SURFACE

Fused into the steel by a plasma arc reaching ~30,000°C — not a coating that can peel. Three times harder than raw stainless steel. Delicate proteins release easily with a little oil. PFAS-free (including PTFE and PFOA).
